One to one tuition is also available for those wanting to develop a home practice, looking to get more out of a

weekly class or with specific injuries/issues that cannot be covered in a weekly class. Workshops are run on many different yoga themes.

There are many reasons people come to yoga - to improve flexibility and fitness; strengthen the body; manage stress levels; or for rehabilitation following an injury. Our practice follows the principles of Viniyoga which focuses on aligning the breath with movement, bringing the body back into a natural balance.
