Schedule - Centred Yoga

Yoga term after Easter break is Wed 18^th / Fri 20^th April and runs until Wed 18^th / Fri 20^th July.

Evening class is on a Wednesday 7-8.15pm at Llanblethian village hall, Bridge Road, Llanblethian, Cowbridge CF71 7JG. On the left as you come down from Cowbridge, parking is limited to the side of the road but it is a long road!

Friday mornings 11-12.15 am the venue is Bonvilston Village hall, which is on the main road through Bonvilston opposite the Village shop. There is a dedicated car park outside.

Drop in will be £7 or you can pay ahead @ £5 a class, there are 14 weeks in total which will be a total of £70. Payable by cheque or credit card below.

As always if you’re aware of times you won’t make the class only pay for the ones you’ll attend. There is an option to pay for the term in two halves.
